1) Reinstated; 2) Effective September 26, 2000. Petitioner was suspended from the practice of law for a period of 30 months effective August 22, 1997. His petition for reinstatement filed in accordance with MCR 9.123(B) and MCR 9.124 was granted by Ingham County Hearing Panel #1. The panel concluded that petitioner had satisfactorily established her eligibility for reinstatement in accordance with the guidelines of those court rules. On July 21, 2000, the panel issued its report and order granting petition for reinstatement with conditions. As of September 26, 2000, petitioner had complied with all conditions of the reinstatement order and his reinstatement to the practice of law is deemed to be effective on that date. Costs were assessed in the amount of $790.70.
