("Sabine") applied May 27, 1980 for an Order of the Commission declaring the British Columbia Petroleum Corporation ("B.C.P.C.") a common purchaser of natural gas from the Willow Halfway liB" Pool; and WHEREAS Sabine owns one well in the Willow Field which tested gas from the Halfway "B" Pool, namely: IPEX Cox Hamilton Willow d-47-H/94-H-2; and WHEREAS Sabine alleges that it is suffering drainage of raw gas in the Willow Halfway liB" Pool. ... /2

The Application of Sabine will be heard in public commencing at 9:00 a.m., local time, or as soon thereafter as may be possible, on Wednesday, July 16, 1980, in the Hearing Room of the Commission on the 21st Floor, 1177 West Hastings Street, Vancouver, British Columbia. 2.
