("Inland") applied on October 21, 1982 pursuant to Sections 51 and 53 of the Act for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to construct and operate natural gas utility plant for the purpose of providing natural gas service to the community of Westwold in the Province of British Collli~bia; and WHEREAS the Commission has considered the Application and finds that the proposed extension of natural gas service is necessary for the publi9 convenience and properly conserves the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby grants to Inland Natural Gas Co.
