Kilpatrick, Commissioner o R D E R WHEREAS by Order COM-7-80 dated April 11, 1980 the British Columbia Energy Commission declared the British Columbia Petroleum Corporation ("B.C.P.C.") a common purchaser of natural gas from the Buick Creek North Dunlevy A Pool ("Pool");. and WHEREAS Order COM-7-80 was varied by the Order U-COM-1-80 issued by the British Columbia Utilities Commission on September 26, 1980; and WHEREAS B.C.P.C. purchased gas on an interim basis from the applicant, Westgrowth Petroleums Ltd. BRITISH COLUMBIA UTiliTIES COMMISSfON ORDER 2 NUMBER COM-2-82 NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders as follows: 1. If existing producers in the Pool and the B.C.P.C. are unable to agree on a satisfactory method of reducing the gas volume purchase obligation of each existing contract in the Pool, the obligation of B.C.P.C. to purchase gas from each contract providing for delivery of gas from the Pool shall be reduced. The reduction shall apply to each contract in force at that time and shall be a percentage of the maximum volume of gas which B.C.P.C. is obliged at the time of reduction to purchase each day or each year (whichever is specified in the contract) applicable to lands within the Pool. The percentage shall be the same as the percentage which the maximum daily delivery obligation for the new well is of the total maximum daily delivery obligation of all producers from the Pool. The date for all reductions to contract volumes shall be the same date Westgrowth is entitled to resume production from the Pool.
