BRITISH COlUMB'. UTILITIES COMMISSION ORDER NUMBER T-25-82 2 Nmv THEREFORE the Conunission orders as follows: 1. Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No. T-25-82 issue to Westcom Productions Inc. covering the ownership, construction and operation of a pay-television undertaking serving the Province of British Columbia, all as more particularly described in the Application and hearing record, subject to the following terms and conditions: (a) The service offered by the undertaking must be in accord with that described in the Application and hearing record. (b) The distribution of the pay-television service will utilize existing or new systems of cable within British Columbia. (c) This authorization does not extend to the construction, ownership or operation of systems of cable within British Columbia. (d) Westcom Productions Inc. will provide the Conunission with a report on the type of service offered and the rates for such service at quarteriy intervals following the issuance of the Certificate. 2. A complaint which the conunission finds is related to a matter which may be in contravention of the guidelines for enforcement of the obscenity provisions, Criminal Code of Canada may be referred to the Attorney General for investigation and the conunission may suspend the Certificate untll such matter is concluded. 3. No variation or alteration in the Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity or this Order may be made without the approval of the Conunis-sion first obtained.
