Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No. T-1-83 issue to Caymen 11ews Limited Partnership covering the ownership and operation of a pay-television undertaking serving Caymen Mews, 8508/8516 - 89th Street, Fort St. John, British Columbia and Fort St. John Manor, 8811/8819 - 86th Street, Fort St. John, British Columbia, all as more particularly described in the Application and hearing record, subject to the terms of service described in the Application and the hearing record. 2. Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No. T-1-83 issue to Caymen Mews Limited Partnership covering the ownership and operation of a system of cable undertaking serving the pay-television undertaking at Caymen Mews, 8508/8516 - 89th Street, Fort St. John, British Columbia and Fort St. John Manor, 8811/8819 - 86th Street, Fort St. John, British Columbia, all as more particularly described in the Application and hearing record. 3. A complaint which the Commission finds is related to a matter which may be in contravention of the guidelines for enforcement of the obscenity provisions, Criminal Code of Canada may be referred to the Attorney General for investigation and the Commission may suspend the Certificates until such matter is concluded. 4. No variation or alteration in the Certificates of Public Convenience and Necessity or this Order may be made without the approval of the Commission first obtained.
