~ BRITISH COLUMBIA UTILITIES COMMISSION ORDER 2 NUMBER T-19-84 NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No. T-19-84 issue to Royal Haven Mews covering the ownership and operation of a pay-television undertaking, not including broadcasting or the distribution of broadcast signals, serving Royal Haven Mews: Building "A", 13525-96th Avenue; Building "B", 13507-96th Avenue; Building "C", 13501-96th Avenue; Building "0", 9672-134th Street; and Building "E", 9682-134th Street, all of Surrey, British Columbia, all as more particularly described in the Application and hearing record, subject to the terms of service described in the Application and the hearing record. 2. Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No. T-19-84 issue to Royal Haven Mews covering the ownership and operation of a system of cable undertaking serving the pay-television undertaking at Royal Haven Mews: Building "A", 13525-96th Avenue; Building "B", 13507-96th Avenue; Building "C", 13501-96th Avenue; Building "0", 9672-134th Street; and Building "E", 9682-134th Street, all of Surrey, British Columbia, all as more particularly described in the Application and hearing record. 3. A complaint which the Commission finds is related to a matter which may be in contravention of the guidelines for enforcement of the obscenity provisions, Criminal Code of Canada may be referred to the Attorney General for investigation and the Commission may suspend the Certificates until such matter is concluded. 4. No variation or alteration in the Certificates of Public Convenience and Neces?ity or this Order may be made without the approval of the Commission first obtained.
