BEFORE: M. Taylor, Cha i rman; W. Wolfe, Commissioner; and N. Martin, Commissioner o R D E R WHEREAS Armstrong Cablecom Ltd. (tlArmstrong") is authorized to provide non-broadcast services pertaining to a Pay-Television Undertaking and a Cable Service Undertaking in accordance with Certificate Nos. T-40-82 and T-41-82 dated November 30, 1982; and WHEREAS Armstrong advised by letter dated May 28, 1985 that it proposes to expand its customer service by expanding channel availability from 12 to 17; to expand its system by a 10-mile extension to reach an additional 400 residences; to increase its monthly service rates from $15.00 to $17.50; and WHEREAS the Commission has considered these matters and approves generally thereof. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby authorizes Armstrong Cablecom Ltd. to proceed with its proposals as outlined.
