Revolving Term Loan Line of Credit - with Barclay's Bank of Canada, $15 million - with Bank of Montreal $10 million (each subject to expiry January 2, 1988) 2. Revolving Demand Loan Line of Credit - with Bank of Montreal $6 million WHEREAS the proposed arrangements involve the following: 1. Revolving Term Loan Line of Credit - with Barclay's Bank of Canada, $15 million - with Bank of Montreal $10 million, with the committed portion of the term loan facility with the Bank of Montreal to be increased from $5 million to $10 million (each subject to expiry January 2, 1989) 2. WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the Application and supporting material including the terms and conditions for the borrowings, and certified copies of May 8, 1986 resolutions of the Board of Directors of West Kootenay power and Light Company, Limited and approves thereof. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby grants approval pursuant to Section 57 of the Act effective immediately, to the revised Term Loan arrangements in accordance with the Application by West Kootenay Power and Light Company, Limited.
