BRITISH COLUMBIA UTILITIES COMMISSION ORDER NUMBER' COM-I-8S 2 NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders as follo'v:s ~ 1. The Application of Wainoco will be heard on September 4, 1985 commencing at 10:00 a.m., local time, or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Hearing Room of the Commission on the Fourth Floor, 800 Smithe Street, Vancouver, British Columbia. 2. The Applicant will publish the attached Notice of Hearing in one issue only of the Calgary Herald and Vancouver Province newspapers. 3. Persons intending to participate in the hearing must submit written Intervention Submission stating the nature of their interest on or before August 9, 1985 to Mr. A.C. Michelson, Commission Secretary, British Columbia Utilities Commission; and to Wainoco Oil & Gas Limited addressed as follows: Mr. William F. Strecker, P. Eng. Vice-President, Production Wainoco Oil & Gas Limited 14th Floor - 311 - 6th Avenue S.W. Calgary, Alberta T2P OR6 Wainoco will provide to all Intervenors requesting same one copy of its Application. Pool, and requests that Commission Order No. U-COM-2-80 be rescinded. This matter will be heard commencing at 10:00 a.m., local time, on Thursday, September 4, ,1985 in the Hearing Room of the British Columbia Utilities Com$ission, Fourth Floor, 800 Smithe Street, - Vancouver, B.C.
