Ltd. BEFORE: J.D.V. Newlands, Deputy Chairman; and November 27, 1986 N. Martin, Commissioner o R D E R WHEREAS Inland Natural Gas Co. Ltd. ("Inland") applied November 19, 1986 for Commission approval of further amendments, effective November 1, 1986, to its Tariff Rate Schedule 14 (Natural Gas Vehicle (NGV) Fuel Service) provided at locations where service to the public exists; and WHEREAS the proposed amendment incorporates a decrease of 43.9 cents/gigajoule for Schedule 14 Service, while providing a 40.5 cents/gigajoule increase to Inland's margin applicable to that service for market development purposes; and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the Application and supporting material and is satisfied that the intention thereof is in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders Inland Natural Gas Co. Ltd. as follows: 1. Amended Tariff Rate Schedule 14 is approved and accepted for filing effective November 1, 1986 . . . . /2
2. A deferral account is to be established for the purpose of recording the effect of the increased margin for Schedule 14 Service, to be compared with the costs associated with the development of Inland's NGV market. The disposition of this deferred account will be determined at an appropriate future date. 3. Inland is to provide to the Commission not later than January 15, 1987 a list of the NGV Service outlets in existence as at November 1, 1986, noting those who reflected the decrease in natural gas costs in their pump price.
