("PNG") applied February 7, 1986 for the Commission to accept for filing an amendment to the General Terms and Conditions section of its filed Gas Tariffi and WHEREAS the amendment introduces to qualifying Gas Service customers of PNG the availability of an Incentive Payment of $100 to assist in the conversion of water heating appliances from other fuels to natural gasi and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the Application and is satisfied that it is in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders Pacific Northern Gas Ltd. as follows: 1. 2. The method of accounting applicable to PNG's Water Heater Program is the net marginal method with the income tax credit as an offset to Rate Base, calculated at the rate of Corporation Tax applicable in the year the outlay is made. 3. PNG will provide the Commission with its reassessment of the Water Heater Program one year after introduction thereof.
