Martin, ) Commissioner ) o R D E R WHEREAS The Corporation of the City of Nelson ("City of Nelson") applied October 22, 1986 to amend its filed Electrical utility Regulatory By-Law No. 2020, 1983 as amended by By-Laws No. 2153, 1985: 2160, 1986~ and 2183, 1986 applicable to electric service rendered by City of Nelson in its service area; and WHEREAS the amendments specified in utility Regulatory Amendment By-Law No. 2198, 1986 are to permit the City of Nelson to change from $1,200 to $1,250 the City's contribution towards a line extension on gazetted highway onlYi while for a line extension over private property the City will contribute only the electrical conductor; and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the Application and finds that the filing of the amendments to the filed tariffs is appropriate and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders The Corporation of the City of Nelson as follows: 1. The Commission accepts for filing effective the date of this Order, Utility Regulatory Amendment By-Law No. 2198, 1986.
