Hydro") applied for Commission approval of an amendment to its Tariff Rate Schedule 3807 pertaining to the sale by B.C. Hydro of capacity and energy to West Kootenay Power and Light Company, Limited ("WKPL") during the period November 24, 1985 through March 31, 1986; and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the Application and is satisfied that approval thereof is in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority as follows: 1.
