("Onyx") applied January 17, 1986 for an extension of the present December 31, 1985 limitation provision prescribed in Commission Order No. T-75-84; and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the circumstances and concurs with Onyx's request. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders that Clause l(c) and Clause 3 contained in Commission Order T-75-84 be cancelled, to be replaced by the following: l(c) The Certificate will expire if Onyx Sytems Corp. has not commenced the operation of the said cable undertaking by June 30, 1986. 3.
