Newlands, Deputy Chairman; and N. Martin, Com missioner o R D E R WHEREAS British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority (IlB.C. Hydro") applied July 28, 1987 pursuant to Section 56(a) of the Act seeking an Order of the Commission authorizing amortization into income as at March 31, 1988 of $116 million less $43.9 million requested to be authorized as at June 30, 1987 from the Rate Stabi lization Account, realized through export sales; and WH EREAS the Com mission has considered the Application. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority as follows: I. The Application for an Order authorizing the transfer from the Rate Stabilization Account, as at March 31, 1988, into income, of the amount of $116 million gross (before direct expenses), authorized by Com mission Order No. G-50-87, is approved.
