McIntyre, Chairman; J.D.V. Newlands, Deputy Chairman; D.B. Kilpatrick, Commissioner; and N. Martin, Commissioner ORDER WHEREAS on December 23, 1987 Columbia Natural Gas Limited ("Columbia") applied for Commission approval and acceptance for filing effective January 1, 1988 of amendments to its Gas Tariff Rate Schedules; and WHEREAS the amendments reflect changes to Atmospheric Pressure Reduction (APR) factors in regulations pursuant to the Electric and Gas Inspection Act of Canada; and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the Application and supporting documents and is satisfied that the amendments are appropriate and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders Columbia Natural Gas Limited as follows: 1. Approval is granted amendments as proposed. 2. The following amended Gas Tariff Sheets are accepted for filing by the Commission effective January 1, 1988: Original Sheets No. 24.1/24.2 First Revision of Sheets No. 23/24 Second Revision of Sheets No. 33.2/35/37.1/39.1/52 Eleventh Revision of Sheet No. 40 and Twentieth Revision of Paragraph 6A to Cominco Ltd. Contract Eleventh Revision of Sheet No. 41 and Twenty-fourth Revision of Paragraph 11 to Crestbrook Pulp and Paper Limited Contract Eleventh Revision of Sheet No. 42 and Fifth Revision of Paragraph 15A to Westar Mining Ltd.
