Swanson, Q.C., Commissioner o R D E R WHEREAS Squamish August 25, 1988 for Commission approval of a proposed amendment to its Gas Tariff, Rate Schedule 1 - General Service Rate covering the rates to be charged for propane gas service rendered in its service area; and WHEREAS the proposed amendment reduction of 13.3 cents/Cd retroactive to July 27, 1988; and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the Application and supporting material and is satisfied that it is appropriate and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders Squamish Gas Co. Ltd. as follows: I. The Commission approves and accepts for filing, effective JUly 27, 1988 Gas Tariff, Rate Schedule 1 - General Service Rate as follows: Twenty-fourth Revision of Sheet No. 10. 2. An appropriate notice of explanation is to accompany all customer bills containing the amenrled rates.
