Hydro") applied on August 26, 1988 for Commission approval and acceptance for filing, an amendment to Electric Tariff, Rate Schedule 1401 - General Service - Irrigation; and WHEREAS the Application was due to a request by the British Columbia Cattlemen's Association to waive minimum charges for irrigation during drought years; and WHEREAS the Commission has considered the Application and is satisfied that the waiver of the Minimum Charge for Rate Schedule )401 General Service - Irrigation, for the 1988 irrigation season, is in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby approves the waiver of the Minimum Charge for Rate Schedule 1401 - General Service - Irrigation, for the 1988 irrigation season.
