Swanson, O.C., Commissioner o R D E R WHEREAS The Corporation of the City of Nelson (lithe City") applied May 16, 1989 for Commission approval of the schedule of rates contained in The Nelson Electrical Utility Regulatory Amendment By-Law No. 2321, 1988 (lithe By-Law") on a firm basis; and WHEREAS Commission Order No. G-I09-88 approved the rates contained in the By-Law on an interim basis, effective January 1, 1989; and WHEREAS Commission confirmed as firm, interim rates for West Kootenay Power Ltd., the City's power supplier, effective January 1, 1989; and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the Applic2.tion and finds the confirmation of the interim rates contained in the By-Law is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE Corporation of the City of Nelson as follows: I.
