OKANAGAN GAS TURBINE GENERATION PLANT AMENDMENT NUMBER ONE TO TERMS OF REFERENCE IN THE MATTER OF THE UTILITIES COMMISSION ACT (the Act) S.B.C. 1980, c.GO, as amended and IN THE MATTER OF AN APPLICATION (the Application) BY WEST KOOTENAY POWER AND LIGHT CO. LTD. (WKPL) FOR AN ENERGY PROJECT CERTIFICATE FOR THE OKANAGAN GAS TURBINE GENERATION PLANT WHEREAS, the Minister o f Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources and the Minister of Environment and Parks on March 4, 1988, referred the Application to the "'. ~ British Columbia Utilities Commission (the Commission) for review in accordance with Terms of Reference; AND WHEREAS, the Commission, by Order Number G-49-88, has granted a request by WKPL for a postponement of the Public Hearing on the Application; AND WHEREAS, section 5(1) of the said Terms of Reference requires the Commission to submit a report and recommendations to the Lieutenant Governor in Council by June 30, 1988, or as soon" thereafter as may be practical; NOW THEREFORE, the said section 5(1) of the Terms of Reference is hereby amended by deleting the words "by June 30, 1988, or as soon thereafter as may be practical". fZ c=-\C _f~ Honourable Jack Davis Honourable Bruce Strachan Minister of Energy, Mines Minister of Environment and Petroleum Resources and Parks Dated for reference this ~ day of June, 1988
