The Commission will hear final argument on Phase I Facilities and Capital Costs (Land and Marine Panel) and Phase II Environmental and Socio-Economic commencing 9:00 a.m. local time, Wednesday, March I, 1989 in the Hearing Room at the Office of the Commission, Fourth Floor, 800 Smithe Street, Vancouver, B.C. 2. That Phase III will commence when the Commission is satisfied that sufficient information is available. The Applicant will produce a detailed progress report on the status of all outstanding matters at the commencement of proceedings on March 1, 1989.
