(llinland the filing of amendments to its Gas establishment of certain deferral accounts resulting from a National Energy Board (IlNEBll) Decision on Westcoast (IlWestcoast") natural gas Tolls; and WHEREAS Inland has received a net credit of approximately $1.3 million from Westcoast as rebate from the 1987 cost of gas recalculation resulting from the NEB decision; and WHEREAS the Commission has considered all of the foregoing. NOW THEREFORE the Natural Gas Co. Ltd. as follows: 1. The Commission requires Westcoast natural gas approximately $1.3 million be returned to customers based on actual volumes consumed. 2. The refund is to appear as a credit on all customer bills during the next regular cycle billing period. customers who have left Inland's billing system prior to June 1, 1988, Inland is not required to refund such credits. 3.
