Page, Commissioner ORO E R WHEREAS Order-in-Council No. It68, dated March 18, 1988, approved the assignment and transfer of the powers and duties of the Minister of Transportation and Highways under Part 7 of the Pipeline Act (lithe Act") to the Minister of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources; and WHEREAS Trans Mountain Enterprises of British Columbia Limited ("Trans Mountain") applied by letter dated May 25, 1988 for approval and acceptance for filing by the British Columbia Utilities Commission (lithe Commission") of the Turbine Fuel Tariff No. B.C. '+ Regula tions under Part 7 of the Act; and WHEREAS the Rates and Rules and Regulations contained in the Tariff apply to the transportation of a via t10n turbine fuel by pipeline from the connected refineries, storage facilities or marketing terminals in the Greater Vancouver refining area to the Vancouver InternationalA..irportj and o ' l " ~~ ~ v <: ~o C " , { ..... 2 WHEREAS the Commission has considered Trans Mountain's Application and finds that it is in accordance with the requirements of the Act. NOW THEREFORE the accepts for filing for Trans Mountain Enterprises of British Columbia Limited, the Turbine Fuel Tariff No. B.C. 4 dated September 30, 1986 attached to their letter to the Commission dated May 25, 1988, as follows: 1. Rates contained in September 30, 1986. 2. Rules and Regulations contained in Tariff No. B.C. 4.
