Martin, Commissioner; o R D E R WHEREAS Order-In-Council No. 468, dated March 18, 1988, approved the assignment and transfer of the powers and dutIes of the Minister of Transportation and Highways under Part 7 of the Pipeline Act (lithe Act") to the Minister of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources; and WHEREAS Westcoast Petroleum Ltd. ("Westcoast") applied by letter dated July 6, 1988 for approval and acceptance for filing by the British Columbia Utilities Commission ("the Commission") of the Light Petroleum Tariff, dated May 1, 1987 and including Rules and Regulations dated November 1, 1983 under Part 7 of the Act; and WHEREAS the Rates and Rules and Regulations contained in the Tariff apply to the transportation of light petroleum by pipeline from Taylor, B.C. to Prince George, B.C.; and WHEREAS the Commission Application and finds that it is in accordance with the requirements of the Act • JA ~0 ~ ::: 0 c " , ...., 0 P-3-88 ) ) ) July 14, 1988 ) ) ) has considered Westcoast's . . . /2

Rates contained in Tariff No. 18 effecti ve May 1, 1987. 2. Rules and Regulations effective November 1, 1983.
