McIntyre, Chairman; N. Martin, Commissioner; and W.M. Swanson, Q.C., Commissioner o R D E R WHEREAS Commission Order No. G-90-88 set down for public hearing, to commence Tuesday, November 29, 1988, the Application by the Regional District of Mount Waddington ("the Regional District") requiring British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority ("B.C. Hydro") to extend service to Winter Harbour, B.C.; and WHEREAS the Hearing was adjourned on November 30, 1988 with resumption set for December 19, 1988 in Vancouver; and WHEREAS Commission Order No. G-J 08-88 further adjourned the public hearing to January 17, 1989; and WHEREAS the Regional District applied on January 16, 1989 for an indefinite adjournment in order to finalize details with B.C. Hydro concerning the proposed extension; and WHEREAS the Commission has considered the request and finds that a further adjournment is in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby Orders as follows: I. The Public Hearing of the Regional District's Application is adjourned sine die. 2. The District will advise all known Intervenors and Interested Parties of the further adjournment of the public hearing and include a copy of this Commission Order in the transmittal.
