The Applications were referred to the British Columbia Utilities Commission ("the Commission") for review; to conduct a public hearing thereon; and to submit a Report and Recommendations to the Lieutenant Governor in Council. The December 1988 Application is not currently under consideration by the Commission. An Executive Summary has been prepared and is available for inspection in PCEC office, and in community public libraries as above-noted and will be distributed to interested parties upon request by the Applicant, as they become registered with the Commission.
