Swanson, Q.c., ) Commissioner ) o R D E R WHEREAS Bill 55 - 1987 dated July 16, 1987, approved the assignment and transfer of the powers and duties of the Minister of Transportation and Highways for the economic regulation of Intraprovinciai Oil Pipeline Companies under Part 7 of the Pipeline Act ("the Act") to the British Columbia Utilities Commission ("the Commission"); and WHEREAS Norcen Energy Resources Limited ("Norcen") applied by letters dated November 23, December 12, and 20, 1989 for approval and acceptance of filing by the Commission of the Crude Petroleum Tariff da ted February I, 1990 under Part 7 of the Act; and WHEREAS the Rates contained in the Tariff apply to the gathering and transportation of crude petroleum at the receiving points of Boundary Lake, Bea tton, Mi lligan and Peejay areas to the Westcoast Petroleums Ltd. or Petro-Canada Inc. refinery near Taylor, B.C.; and WHEREAS the Commission has considered Norcen's Application and finds that it is in accordance with the requirements of the Act. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders, approves and accepts for filing the Crude Petroleum Tariff filed by Norcen's letter dated December 20, 1989 as follows: 1.
