Swanson, Q.C., Commissioner o R D E R WHEREAS BC Gas Inc. - Fort Nelson Division ("BC Gas") applied February 20, 1990 to the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council ("LGIC") for approval of amendments to its supply agreement with British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority ("B.C. rIydro") at Fort Nelson, B.C.; and WHEREAS the amendments to the Fort Nelson Thermal Gas Supply Agreement provide for reduced monthly charges and allow for the charging of late payment penalties; and WHEREAS Order-in-Council No. 594 dated April II, 1990 provides for the delegation of BC Gas applications to the Commission that were previously transferred to tile LGIC by Section 18 of the Hydro and Power Author ity Pr i vatiza lion Ac t; and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the Applica tion and supporting material and is satisfied that the arnendrnents to the Agreement are necessary and in the interest. NOW TrlEREFORE the Commission Orders BC Gas as follows: Amendments to the BC Gas Fort Nelson Thermal Gas Supply Agreement dated January 17, 1990, as filed with the LGIC on February 20, 1990, are approved and accepted for filing.
