("PNG") filed for Commission approval certain amendments to its filed Gas Tariff concerning Mains Extension Policy; and WHEREAS the amendments will result in a more equitable policy concerning contributions received from existing and potential customers; and WrlEREAS the Commission has reviewed the Application and is satisfied that the proposed amendments are necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby approves for PNG the following amendments to its Gas Tariff, effective immediately: I. Gas Tariff, BCUC No.3, Second Revision of Original Sheet No. 19. 2. PNG will file with the Commission, on an annual basis, a report on the estimated and actual sign-up rates on all mains extensions in the first five years of operation.
