Swanson, O.c., Commissioner o R D E ~ WHEREAS The Corporation of the City of Nelson (lithe City") filed for Commission approval on Regulatory ,A,mendment By-Law No. 2337, 1989 (lithe By-Law") applicable to electric service rendered by the City in its service area; and WHEREAS the By-Law will allow the City to conform to practices adopted by other provincial utilities in allowing for only 30 meters of drop service to its customers; and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the Application and supporting material and finds the City of Nelson proposal to be appropriate and in the public interest.
