Swanson,Q.C., Commissioner o R D E R WHEREAS Commission Orders No. G-58-89 and No. G-71-89 approved Pacific Northern Gas Ltd.'s ("PNG") Application to extend the Incentive Gas Rate with Ocelot Chemicals Inc. ("Ocelot") in the form of Letter Agreements dated October 31, 1989 between PNG and Ocelot and PNG and the B. C. Petroleum (Kitimat) Ltd. ("BCPC") to April 30, 1990~ and WHEREAS PNG by Letter Agreements dated May 1, 1990 applied to extend the current Incentive Gas Rate to Ocelot at $6.194/l0 for the six-month period from May 1, 1990 to October 31, 1990: and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the Application for extension of the Incentive Gas Rate and is satisfied that the filing properly conserves the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves and accepts for filing the following documents effective May 1, 1990: 1. Letter Agreement dated May 1, 1990 between PNG and Ocelot approving the Incentive Gas Rate from May 1, 1990 to October 31,1990 at $6.194/10 2. Letter Agreement dated May 1, 1990 between PNG and BCPC approving the extension of the Incentive Gas Rate for transportation at 16.0 cents/gigajoule to October 31, 1990. J D -.
