The Commission, by Orders No. G-58-89, G-71-89, G-40-90 and G-79-90, approved Pacific Northern Gas Ltd.'s (ftpNG ft ) Applications to extend the Incentive Gas Rate Arrangements with Ocelot Chemicals Inc. ("Ocelot") in the fonn of Letter Agreements between PNG and Ocelot, and PNG and the B.C. Petroleum Corporation (Kitimat) Ltd. (ftBCPC") to December 31, 1990; and B. PNG by Letter Agreements dated January 9, 1991 applied to extend the tenns of the Incentive Gas Rate arrangements with Ocelot until such time as the Commission renders its Decision into PNG's Rate Design Application and the Ocelot complaint into rates charged by PNG. C. The Commission has reviewed the Application for extension of the Incentive Gas Rate Arrangements and is satisfied that the filing properly conserves the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders PNG as follows: 1. Incentive Gas Rate Arrangements between PNG and Ocelot approved by Orders No. G-40-90 and G-79-90 are extended until such time as the Commission renders its Decision into PNG's Rate Design Application and the Ocelot Complaint into rates charged by PNG. 2. The following documents are approved and accepted for filing effective January 1, 1991: Letter Agreement dated January 9, 1991 between PNG and Ocelot extending the Incentive Gas Rate arrangements.
