McIntyre, Chairman; J.D. V. Newlands, Deputy Chairman; N. Martin, Commissioner; and W.M. Swanson, Q.C •• Commissioner o R D E R WHEREAS British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority ("B.C. Hydrol!) applied April la, 1990 for Commission approval of amendments to its Electric Tariff, Terms and Conditions, Standard Charges for Service and Definitions relating to the Distribution Extension and Service Connection Policies; and WHEREAS on May 18, 1990 the Commission asked B.C. Hydro to distribute its Application to the Canadian Home Builders' Association ("CHBAI!) and the Urban Development Institute (HUDI") for comment; and WHEREAS on May 30, 1990 the CHBA and UDI responded to the request for comments and advised the Commission of their concerns which primarily focussed on B.C. Hydro's processing of subdivision applications and the cost of underground extensions borne by developers; and WHEREAS on June 7, 1990 B.C. Hydro's Electric Tariff, Terms and Conditions, Standard Charges for Service and Definitions rela ting to its Distribution Extension and Service Connection Policies as filed on April 10, 1990 and amended on June 7, 1990, are approved and accepted for filing effective July 1, 1990. 2. B.C. Hydro will expedite the public dissemination of the changes to the Electric Tariff and Distribution Extension and Service Connection Policies at its District Offices and to the affected public in its service area.
