McIntyre, ) Chainnan; ) J.D.V. Newlands, ) Deputy Chainnan; ) January 31, 1991 N. Martin, ) Commissioner; and ) W.M. Swanson, Q.c., ) Commissioner ) o R D E R WHEREAS: A. On October 31, 1990 BC Gas Inc. - Inland Division ("BC Gas") applied to the Commission for approval of an amendment to Gas Tariff Supplement No. 43, and the filing of a Letter Agreement for Husky Oil Operations Limited ("Husky") for service to its oil refinery at Prince George, B.c.; and B. The amendments to Tariff Supplement No. 22 require Husky to waive its opt-out rights contained in Clause 12-04 and provide for a reduction in the monthly billing of the Demand Charge component to $3.298 per month, effective November 1, 1990; and C. On January 21, 1991 BC Gas advised that the Letter Agreement dated October 25, 1990 was executed by Husky and that Commission approval was necessary; and D. The Commission has reviewed the Application and finds that approval of the amendment is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders as follows: 1. The Commission accepts for filing for BC Gas, amendments to Gas Tariff Supplement No. 43, Rate Schedule 21, Letter Agreement dated October 25, 1990 for Husky as follows: First Revision of Sheet No. 43 Original Sheet No. 43-16 ,,71 DATED at the City of Vancouver, in the Province of British Columbia, this / S day of February, 1991.
