Newlands, ) March 28, 1991 Deputy Chainnan; and ) N. Martin ) Commissioner ) o R D E R WHEREAS: A. On March 21, 1991 Squamish Gas Co. Ltd. ("Squamish Gas") filed with the Commission for approval, under Section 85.3 of the Utilities Commission Act, an Energy Supply Contract with Superior Propane Inc. ("Superior Propane") for the supply of liquid propane, using Petro Canada Inco's finn pricing, at Squamish, B.c.; and B. The contract for liquid propane provides for competitive, finn pricing for the period April 1, to July 31, 1991, at which time Squamish Gas will be supplied by natural gas from the Vancouver Island Natura! Gas Pipeline; and C. The Commission has considered the Superior Propane Energy Supply Contract for liquid propane to the Squamish Gas grid system and finds that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders as follows: 1. The Commission approves the Energy Supply Contract between Squamish Gas and Superior Propane, with pricing to be based on Petro Canada Inco's finn pricing, effective April 1, 1991 DATED at the City of Vancouver, in the Province of British Columbia, this of April 1991.
