Mcintyre, ) Chainnan; ) J.D.V. Newlands, ) November 22, 1990 Deputy Chainnan; and ) W.M. Swanson, Q.c. ) Commissioner ) QRDER WHEREAS: A. Bill 55-1987 dated July 16, 1987 approved the assignment and transfer of the powers and duties of the Minister of Transportation and Highways for the economic regulation of IntraProvincial Oil Pipeline Companies under Part 7 of the Pipeline Act ("the Act") to the British Columbia Utilities Commission ("the Commission"); and B. On November 14, 1990 Westcoast Petroleum Ltd. ("Westcoast") applied to the Commission for approval and acceptance of filing Light Petroleum Tariff No. 20 dated December 1, 1990 under Part 7 of the Act; and C. Rates contained in the Tariff apply to the transportation and delivery of light petroleum by pipeline from Taylor to Prince George and Kamloops, B.c.; and D. Westcoast advised the Commission that its shippers had been notified of the toll increase in October 1990 and there were no complaints concerning the increase; and E. The Commission has considered Weslcoast's Application and finds that it is in accordance with the requirements of the Act. NOW THEREFORE: The Commission approves and accepts for filillg the Light Petroleulll Tariff filed by Westcoast's letter dated November 14, 1990 as follows: 1.
