Imperial Oil Limited permanently closed its Cache Creek Texaco Station and advised BC Gas Inc. ("BC Gas") that it no longer wished to dispense Natural Gas for Vehicles ("NGV") service; and B. On November 19, 1990 BC Gas applied to cancel Tariff Supplement No. 37, Rate Schedule 14 NGV Service with Cache Creek Texaco, Cache Creek, B.C.; and C. The Commission has reviewed the Application and finds that approval for cancellation of Tariff Supplement No. 37 is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: The Commission approves the cancellation of BC Gas Inland-Division, Tariff Supplement No. 37, Rate Schedule 14, NGV Service Agreement dated July 19, 1988 with Cache Creek Texaco. - First Revision of Sheet No. 37-1.
