Newlands, ) Deputy Chainnan; and ) N. Martin, ) June 27, 1991 Commissioner ) o R D E R WHEREAS: A. On June 18, 1991, Princeton Light and Power Company, Limited ("PLP") applied for Commission approval of amendments to its Electric Tariff, Terms and Conditions, Clause 6.3 pertaining to Sales Tax and Assessments and to Schedule P - Extensions concerning the Definition of Sharing of Extension Costs - Clause 2 Extensions Over Private Property; and B. The Amendments to the Electric Tariff provide for clarity on the right of PLP on Extensions Over Private Property and adds a reference to taxes levied on goods and services; and C. The Commission has reviewed the Application and amendments to the Electric Tariff and finds that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders as follows: 1. The Commission approves for PLP, amendments to its Electric Tariff, Terms and Conditions pertaining to Sales Tax and Assessments and to Schedule P Extensions, effective immediately as follows: First Revision of Original Pages 31 and 100 DATED at the City of Vancouver, in the Province of British Columbia, thi of June 1991.
