Bill 55-1987 dated july 16, 1987, approved the assignment and transfer of the powers and duties of the Minister of Transportation and Highways for the economic regulation of Intraprovincial Oil Pipeline Companies under Part 7 of the Pipeline Act RSBC c. 328( fl the Act") to the British Columbia Utilities Commission ("the Commission") B. On November 30 and December 4, 1990 Trans Mountain Enterprises of British Columbia ("TME") applied for approval and acceptance for filing by the Commission of the Turbine Fuel Tariff dated January 1, 1991 under Section 44 of the Act; and C. TME filed to amend its Rules and Regulations, Section 30 - Batching Infonllatioll as it applied to the tendering of infOImation by its shippers; and D. The rates contained in the Tariff apply to the gathering and transportation of jet fuel from connected refineries, storage facilities and marketing tenninals in the Greater Vancouver area to the Vancouver International Airport; and E. The Commission has considered TME's Application and finds that it is in accordance with the requirements of the Act. NOW TIIEREF'ORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The rates contained in the Turbine Fuel Tariff No. B.C. 8 filed by TME's letters dated November 30 and December 4, 1990, and effective January 1, 1991 are approved and accepted for filing. 2. The Commission requires that fonnal approval of the tariff by the Shippers on the Jet Fuel Pipeline be obtained by TME and filed with the Commissio.. n .lb. y January 31, 1991.
