On November 19, 1990 BC Gas Inc. - Inland Division ("BC Gas") applied to the Commission to cancel gas sales agreements covered by Tariff Supplements as follows: No. 23-Moly-Cop Canada, No. 33-Federated Co-operatives Ltd., and No. 44-Westar Timber Ltd.; and B. BC Gas advised that the above-noted gas sales customers are presently being served under other approved rate schedules or transportation service agreements; and C. The Commission has considered the Application and is satisfied that cancellation of the Tariff Supplements as contained in the November 19, 1990 Application is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1.
