Martin, ) March 7,1991 Commissioner; and ) W.M. Swanson, Q.e., ) Commissioner ) o R D E R WHEREAS: A. On February 27, 1991 British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority ("B.C. Hydro") applied to the Commission for approval to amend its Electric Tariff, Definition of Rate Zone II and Rate Map A to provide for the deletion of Kitkatla, B.C.; and B. The amendment is in recognition of the connection of Kitkatla to the Integrated System of B.C. Hydro on December 19, 1990; and C. The Commission has reviewed the Application and finds that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby approves and accepts for filing for B.c. Hydro, effective December 19, 1990, the following Electric Tariff Amendments: First Revision of Page A-8-1 Sixth Revision of Page A-9 DATED at the City of Vancouver, in the Province of British Columbia, of March, 1991.
