McIntyre, ) Chainnan; and ) N.Martin, ) August 8, 1991 Commissioner; and ) W.M. Swanson, Q.C., ) Commissioner ) o R D E R WHEREAS: A. On August 1, 1991 Squamish Gas Co. Ltd. ("Squamish Gas") filed with the Commission for approval an Application for amendments to its Gas Tariff, Tenus, Conditions and Regulations of Service and Rates covering the sale of natural gas to customers on its Squamish B.C. grid system; and B. On August 6, 1991 natural gas from the Vancouver Island Natural Gas Pipeline began to be supplied by Pacific Coast Energy Corporation to Squamish Gas at its Squamish, B.C. gate station; and C. The Commission has considered the Application and is satisfied that approval to rates for natural gas service is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders as follows: 1. The Commission approves and accepts for filing, effective the date of this Order, the rates for natural gas service as filed by Squamish Gas on August 1, 1991, as follows: Twenty-Eighth Revision of Sheet No. 10 - Small General Service Rate No.1 (SGS-l) First Revision of Sheet No. 11 - Small General Service Rate No.2 (SGS-2) Original Sheet No. 12 - Large General Service Rate No.1 (LGS-l) Original Sheet No. 13 - Large General Service Rate No.2 (LGS-2) Original Sheet No. 14 - Competitive Range Rate Original Sheet No. 15 - ApartmentlMulti-Family Dwelling Conversion Rebate SIXTH FLOOR, 900 HOWE STREET, VANCOUVER, B.C.
