Martin, ) July 10, 1991 Commissioner; and ) W.M. Swanson, Q.C., ) Commissioner ) o R D E R WHEREAS: A. On May 15, 1991 and June 27, 1991 West Kootenay Power Ltd. ("WKP") applied for Commission approval of amendments to Rate Schedule 51 - Outdoor Light - All Areas; and B. The amendments reflect changes to Rate Schedule 51 that will allow the utility to supply customers with energy efficient fixtures and amend WKP's requirements for supplying a utility owned pole; and C. The Commission has reviewed the Application and amendments and finds that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders as follows: 1. The Commission accepts for filing for WKP, amendments to its Electric Tariff, Rate Schedule 51 - Outdoor Light - All Areas effective immediately, as follows: Second Revision of Original Sheet 35 Ninth Revision of Original Sheet 36.
