Martin, ) Commissioner ) o R D E R WHEREAS: A. On March 15, 1991 BC Gas Inc. ("BC Gas") applied to the Commission for approval of four contract amendments to gas supply contracts with Westcoast Energy Inc. ("WEI") in accordance with Energy Supply Contract - Rules (lithe Rules") and Section 85.3 of the Utilities Commission Act ("the Act"); and B. The amendments reflect changes to Gas Sales and Commodity Price Agreements between WEI and BC Gas - Inland, Lower Mainland, Fort Divisions and Peace River Transmission Company Limited for the contract year commencing November 1,1990;and C. The Commission has reviewed the Gas Sales Agreements and supporting material and is satisfied that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: The Gas Sales Agreements dated March 4, 1991 between WEI and BC Gas - Inland, Lower Mainland, Fort Nelson Divisions and Peace River Transmission Company Limited that cover gas commodity prices for the contract year commencing November 1, 1990 are approved and accepted pursuant Rules and the Act.
