Newlands, ) June 6, 1991 Deputy Chainnan; ) N. Martin, ) Commissioner; and ) W.M. Swanson, Q.e., ) Commissioner ) o R D E R WHEREAS: A. Order-in-Council No. 824, 1989 approved the BC Gas Inc. ("BC Gas") Natural Gas for Vehicles ("NGV") Conversion Support Program ("CSP") in its filed gas tariffs to be in effect through to December 31, 1990; and B. Commission Order No. G-114-90 extended the NGV-CSP program from December 31, 1990 to February 28, 1991 or until such time as the Commission completed its overall review of the utility's NGV activities; and C. On March 15, May 15 and 23, 1991, BC Gas provided the Commission with additional information in support of continuation of its NGV programs and filed its formal application on May 6, 1991; and D. The Commission has reviewed the May 6, 1991 BC Gas Application and finds that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders as follows: 1. The May 6, 1991 BC Gas Application to extend the NGV-CSP program is approved, effective immediately. 2. BC Gas will provide the Commission with an Annual Report on the NGV -CSP program outlining the activities undertaken by the utility during the current fiscal year and an accounting of all revenues and costs including fully allocated overheads.
