Limited ("NUL") filed for Commission approval of amendments to Schedule "A" charges regarding increased fees for reconnection of services and returned cheques; and B. The increased charges will reflect the actual costs associated with the services rendered to affected customers; and C. The Commission has reviewed the Application and finds that approval is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The Commission approves and accepts for filing the NUL amendments to Gas Tariff, Terms and Conditions - Schedule "A" charges for Reconnection Fees and Dishonoured Cheques, effective immediately: Third Revised Sheet No. 40. 2. NUL is to advise customers of the changes to Schedule "A" charges by way of a bill stuffer.
