By application dated May 15, 1991 Centra Gas British Columbia Inc. ("Centra Gas") applied to amend its filed Gas Tariff rate schedule to General Service Customers in the Resort Municipality of Whistler, B.C.; and B. The decrease in rate is a result of a cost of propane price decrease amounting to $0.0225 per litre that will be passed through to grid system customers in the amount of $0.2306 per Ccf effective July 1, 1991; and C. The Commission has considered the Application and is satisfied that the decrease in propane gas rates to all grid system customers is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. Amendment to Gas Tariff rate to General Service Rate customers for Centra Gas Whistler District is accepted for filing, effective July 1, 1991 as follows: Fifth Revision Page 40 2. 3. Centra Gas will provide all customers served under the rate schedule with an explanation of the decrease in the rate charged for grid system service.
