Barr, ) November 5, 1992 Deputy Chair ) o R D E R WHEREAS: A. Pacific Northern Gas Ltd. ("PNG") applied by letter dated October 30, 1992 for Commission approval to set up a deferral account to capture changes in gas prices from its suppliers that became effective on November 1, 1992; and B. The Commission has considered the PNG Application and is satisfied that the use of a deferral account is necessary and in the public interest; and NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. The changes to gas prices from PNG's suppliers that became effective November 1, 1992 are to be set up in the same cost of gas deferral account approved by Order No. G-108-91 which was used to capture gas cost changes from November 1, 1991 to August 1, 1992. 2. Such deferral account balances are to attract interest calculated at the average prime rate of the utility'S principal bank, the disposition of which will be by way of future Commission Order.
