Newlands, ) February 6, 1992 Deputy Chainnan; and ) N. Martin, ) Commissioner ) o R D E R WHEREAS: A. On January 10, 1992 Pacific Northern Gas Ltd. ("PNG") applied to the Commission for approval of amendments, effective November 1, 1991, to Gas Tariff, Supplement No. 17, Firm Transportation Service Agreement with British Columbia Petroleum Corporation ("BCPC") and BCPC (Kitimat) Ltd., dated December 1, 1989; and B. Concurrently, on January 10, 1992 PNG applied to the Commission for approval of amendments to Gas Tariff, Supplement No. 14, Gas Sales Agreement with BCPC dated August 1, 1981; and C. Effective November 1, 1991 Ocelot Chemicals Inc. purchased an additional 817.9 10 3 m 3 of gas directly from producers and, as a result, BCPC no longer sold firm gas to Ocelot; and D. PNG applied to increase its contract demand for Firm Transportation Service with BCPC from 428.4 10 3 m 3 to 1,246.3 10 3 m 3 and to decrease its contract demand sales volumes from 817.9 10 3 m 3 to 0, both effective November 1, 1991; and E. The Commission has considered the Application and is satisfied that amendments to Gas Tariff, Supplements No. 14 and 17 properly conserve the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission approves and accepts for filing as follows: 1. The Commission approves the change in contract demand and conversion from sales service to transportation service for PNG and BCPC as follows: November 1. 1991 Original Sheet 17-3(a) First Revision of Sheets 17-1, 17-4(b), 17-7, 17-9, 17-12, 17-13, 17-14, 17-15, 17-16,17-17,17-18,17-19,17-20,17-21,17-22,17-22(a) Second Revision of Sheet 17-4(a) Third Revision of Sheets 17-2, 17-3, 17-4, 17-8

The Commission accepts for filing, housekeeping amendments to PNG's Gas Tariff to accommodate a change in contract demand for Tariff Supplement No. 14 with BCPC effective as follows: November 1. 1991 First Revision of Sheets 14-2 and 14-9 DATED at the City of Vancouver, in the Province of British Columbia, this day of February, 1992.
